This is a very lovely vintage evening purse,circa 1950's. It is made up of glass seed beads with a pearl luster finish and has a very pretty floral petit point motif on the front and near the top of the envelope-type closure (the back is plain). The round handle is entirely beaded also. There is one small interior pocket in the white satin lining.The only label says made in Hong Kong I consider the bag to be in very good condition and find no missing beads. It measures approximately 7 1/2" wide by 6 1/2" high and has a 11" handle. |
